Product Description
The floor model is a replica of the North American P-51B Mustang aircraft. The engine of this aircraft was derived from the original P-51A Apache engine, which was used for the RAF Mustang 1 ground attack and photo reconnaissance aircraft. In 1940, the Packard Motor Company began licensed production of the Merlin V-1650-1 engine, which was powered by a new supercharger drive and used in the first P-51B version of the Mustang.
