TAMIYA – 300014010 – Model Kit, 1:12 Suzuki GSX1100S Katana

The Suzuki GSX1100S Katana made its exciting debut at the IFMA trade fair in Cologne in 1980 and was presented to the public in 1981. The aggressive shape of the Katana designed by Hans Muth is reproduced in this plastic model kit. The mechanical tuning of the 4-cylinder DOHC engine as well as the ignition cables, brake lines and instrument cables recreated with vinyl hoses have been accurately captured. In addition, metal screws are included to add strength to parts such as the wheel axles. Fully synthetic rubber tyres front and rear feature tread patterns and are mounted on precisely reproduced replicas of Suzuki’s famous star-shaped die-cast wheels to give the model an extremely realistic appearance.
