F.K. Waechters Tierpuzzle – A picture of 33 animals, for 1+ players, ages 4+ (DE edition)

The animal puzzle transforms an ink drawing by FK Waechter from 1972 into a noble game, shows the master of the New Frankfurt School at the height of his art, is a puzzle and a lover’s object for young and old, presents the animals in a handy size, so that you can play with them in a different way.

The parrot makes itself comfortable on the crocodile’s snout, the owl hides between the legs of the dromedary, the bear touches the fish without eating it! Colored animals, magically intertwined, drawn with Indian ink and watercolors by F. K. Waechter in 1972, are now available as animal puzzles: In the laconic, lovingly pointed drawing style of the well-known Frankfurt multi-talent, which became famous with the New Frankfurt School.

33 animals, from mice to elephants, are presented in this magical animal puzzle. The image that forms the basis has been kept in the German Museum for Caricature and Critical Graphics Wilhelm Busch in Hanover together with the artist’s drawing estate since 2008.
