The British Mark V tank (men’s version) was produced in 1918 at the end of the First World War. The tank was equipped with two 57 mm cannons and five machine guns, which were operated by a crew of eight. The Mark V travelled at a dizzying speed of 7.4 km/h and could cover a distance of 65 km on the road! This type of tank took part in the battles of Gomel, Amiens and the Hindenburg Line on the Western Front.

A museum specimen from the Tank Museum in Bovington (Great Britain), labelled with the number 9199, is still in working order. It was this specimen with a documented combat history that served as the prototype for the COBI model made of clamping bricks.

The carefully reproduced model of the MARK V (Male) tank with the number 9199 consists of 844 COBI bricks and is 23 cm long. Thanks to the use of a model scale of 1:35, the model matches COBI figures and other vehicles released in this size. The tank is equipped with a working track drive, rotating cannons and opening flaps. Markings and emblems are made of colourful bricks and durable imprints that do not wear off even with intensive use. The set includes a figure of a British officer and a plate with the name of the set and the Panzermuseum logo.

Mark V is a must-have for history and armour enthusiasts and a beautiful model for a collection dedicated to the First World War. Build history brick by brick!
