In Iki, nominated for the Kennerspiel des Jahres 2023, you will meet numerous merchants and craftsmen along the busy main street. Hire them or trade with them, see them gain experience, retire and hopefully survive a fire or two.

The game takes place over 13 months, with the 13th being the New Year. In each month you receive income, determine how far you want to move your oyakata, stroll along the main street and interact with the local merchants and shops.3 times in the game a fire breaks out in one of the nagaya, which are the 4 districts, for which you are hopefully well prepared.

You will need to recruit artists and vendors and promote and train their skills. You will have to trade, make purchases, build status symbols for Edo and also contribute to the development of the city.
