Competing explorers have now been tasked with exploring the island: Will you venture into the depths of the jungle, find ancient artefacts and face the fearsome guardians of the ruins?

In The Lost Ruins of Arnak, players lead their expeditionary force against each other on a newly discovered island.In a unique combination of deck building, worker placement and resource management, each expedition tries to be the first to uncover and utilise the secrets of the lost island to their own advantage.
The card decks of the individual players remain quite small throughout the entire game, so adding the right cards to the deck requires careful consideration. In addition to familiar deck-building effects, playing cards in The Lost Ruins of Arnakcan also be used to place workers. New worker actions themselves become available as players explore the island. Chance plays only a minor role due to the wealth of tactical possibilities offered on the game board. As actions also require the use of resources instead of workers, building up a solid resource base is also crucial to your own success. However, each player can only perform one action per round, which means that the rounds themselves are short, but every decision needs to be carefully considered.

The variety of available actions, artefacts and equipment cards means that the challenges are different in every game, which always invites players to explore new strategies in this top-class multiplayer title.
