The Iowa-class battleships are four ships built by the US Navy in 1939-1940 to conduct joint operations under the so-called High Speed Fleet Teams (Task Force). The battleships took part in all US wars from the beginning until the end of the 20th century. On board the USS Missouri (BB-63), the surrender document of the Empire of Japan was signed on 2 September 1945, officially ending the Second World War.
The battleships served intermittently in the reserve fleet and on the front line until 2006. Each of these ships is currently open to the public as a museum and living legend!

A 1:300 scale model made of COBI building blocks is a real challenge for all master builders. It consists of 2,685 elements and requires several hours of intensive and exciting assembly.
