Fans of historical COBI sets have been waiting for this for a long time. The Wespe self-propelled vehicle joins the family of vehicles based on the Panzer II chassis. It was a perfect blend of a proven chassis and an effective 10.5 cm LeFH-18 howitzer. The Executive Edition model consists of 855 elements and is designed in 1:28 scale. A characteristic feature of the set is the colourful camouflage, which contrasts with the grey of the standard Panzer II and is designed in the grey colours of the early war. The building blocks contain high-quality prints that do not wear off during play. They feature sand green camouflage, visors, markings and structural elements such as ventilators and air vents. The model has a removable engine made of clamp-on bricks and a white sign with the name of the set. The set includes very interesting figures: an artilleryman and two paratroopers. All figures have tropical camouflage with strong sand accents, indicating that the vehicle depicted fought on the Italian peninsula!

Sd.Kfz. The 124 Wespe is a German self-propelled gun from the Second World War, designed on the chassis of the Panzer II light tank. It was armed with a 10.5 cm leFH 18/2 howitzer, which made it an effective artillery support for German armoured units. The Wespe entered service in 1943 and was deployed on the eastern and western fronts. Thanks to its manoeuvrability, it could change position quickly, which protected it from enemy counter-attacks. They were produced in limited numbers but gained recognition for their effectiveness and reliability in use as mobile artillery.
