Galtoni
by Ingo Althöfer
Is the path of the ball random?
Where will it land?
The game Galtoni by Ingo Althöfer is pretty weird.
Click! Clack! Clack"! The marbles thrown in at the top make their way through regularly arranged obstacles.
The game board is made of solid wood and is set up at an angle. Which path the marbles take is the big question.
By chance? Or maybe not?
The aim is to get four of your own marbles in a row, horizontally, vertically or diagonally. The marbles are drawn blindly from a bag, so you often have to let your opponent's marbles roll. Or you can get a joker that counts for all colours.
The author has developed a game from the well-known Galton board used in maths, which provides lots of good humour, excitement and fun for 2 - 3 players.
