Quatro Flash
by Roland Baumann
Fourin a row
There are games that make you wonder why someone has only just come up with this idea.
One of these is the family game Quatro Flash.
The rules are very simple, the aim of the game "four in a row" sounds familiar.
There are also many 2-person games based on this principle. But as a family game, the idea is surprisingly new, exciting and funny.
The game is played in turn, with each player placing a piece of their colour on the board. The aim is to place 4 of your own pieces in an uninterrupted row, horizontally, vertically or diagonally. They are either on one level, stacked on top of each other, or arranged as steps.
Each player should follow the course of the game very carefully in order to see a possible victory of a fellow player early enough and possibly prevent it with one of their own pieces.
There is a great temptation to uncover possible opportunities of a fellow player and to urge the game partners to intervene. However, this is not allowed.
However, imaginative conversations cannot be completely prevented.
Caution! Not suitable for children under the age of three. Small parts can be swallowed.
