When two people turn the wheel...
it can be quite constructive. At least when it's a game of Flügelrad.
The game board consists of 7 hexagonal squares, each of which has a recess in the centre for the Flügelrad. The game is played with marbles, each player has their own colour. On each turn, the player moves the paddle wheel, turns it as far as they like and moves up to six marbles at the same time.
The player who is the first to form a contiguous group of at least six marbles of their colour wins. But be careful, you'll soon have moved the other player's marbles too.
Caution! Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Small parts can be swallowed!
