Product Description
Double Dutch
by Fred Horn
Last to move is best!
A game from Holland, the game pieces are hemispheres in red, white and blue - just like the national colours of our neighbours. Each player has pieces of one colour.
The playing field consists of hexagonal squares, each with a hollow in the middle.
Moves are made alternately, always to the edge of the board or to another piece, but at least 2 squares away. A new tile must then be placed, always with the flat side facing down.
If the move covers more than 2 spaces, the moved tile is turned over and is now placed with the round side facing down. This means that this piece is now fixed on this square and may no longer be moved.
The pieces on the board increase with each move, the free space decreases and the possibilities for moves change.
Therefore, having to sit out does not mean that you have lost.
Who makes the very last move and wins the game?
