The Black Cat - Bestiary Fasar, 64 pages (EN edition)

Fasar lies in a wild stretch of land. While the fertile banks of the Gadang provide a lush habitat for turtles, caimans and pheasants, warthogs, meerkats and birdmen populate the barren surrounding countryside. The steep slopes of the Rashtul Wall, in turn, are home to mountain eagles, Trach'Duls lynxes and sand wolves, to which many an awakened person has fallen victim. In the city itself, too, you can come across all kinds of creatures. Many a Fasarian has found a yellow-tailed scorpion or a tarantula in his boots. In addition to these and other animals, strange creatures and the spirits of the long dead haunt the shadows between the towers; and no one can say exactly what horrors have spread through the tunnels and caves of Al'Tacht.

The Bestiary - Fasar features nearly 50 beasts, spirits and bizarre that inhabit Fasar and its environs. Some are prey, others competitors or dangerous challenges that can make life difficult for feathered heroes. Also part of this collection of creatures are the disturbing creations of a mad healer, the stony denizens of the rooftops and gables of the gloomy mage academy called the Black Pinnacles, and the many-legged denizens of Al'Tacht who advance their very own plans deep beneath the city.
