The Panzerhaubitze 2000 is one of the most advanced artillery systems in the world. Thanks to its technology, range and precision, the PzH 2000 plays a key role in modern combat operations and provides effective fire support. It is a symbol of modern artillery and proof of the cutting-edge technology of the German defence industry. We are proud to present this legendary self-propelled howitzer, which has been brought out in co-operation with the German Tank Museum in Münster.

The model, which consists of over a thousand elements, has all the features of its original. Functioning chain traction, a rotating turret and a movable barrel of a powerful 155 mm howitzer are just some of the many advantages of this vehicle. The set also features replica camouflage and all the markings and construction details, such as licence plates and ventilation grilles, have been reproduced with imprints. The block-shaped PzH 2000 also features opening hatches and a movable frame to stabilise the huge barrel. Its turret has an integrated MG3 machine gun. The Panzerhaubitze 2000 is certainly a model that should not be missing from the collection of any fan of the Bundeswehr and lover of modern armour and military technology.

Work on the PzH 2000 began in the 1980s as part of the German Bundeswehr's artillery modernisation programme. The aim was to develop a modern self-propelled howitzer to replace older models such as the M109. PzH 2000 prototypes were tested in the early 1990s and the test results were promising, leading to the decision to start mass production. The PzH 2000 entered service with the Bundeswehr in 1998. It is also used by several other countries such as the Netherlands, Italy, Greece, Lithuania and Croatia.

The PzH 2000 is characterised by a high rate of fire, long range and an advanced fire control system, making it an extremely effective fire support device on the battlefield. The ability to fire rapid bursts and advanced targeting systems allow for quick and precise destruction of targets. The PzH 2000 has been deployed in various international operations, including NATO missions in Afghanistan. Its advanced artillery capabilities proved extremely useful in demanding combat conditions, providing fire support to land forces. Currently, these vehicles are deployed in combat in Ukraine.
