COBI-2627 - 950 PCS ARMED FORCES /2627/ CHALLENGER 2

You can build a modern, contemporary Challenger 2 tank from a set of COBI building blocks. This model was introduced into British service in 1998 and is constantly being further developed. Tanks of this type are also deployed in Oman and the Ukraine. The model is made from 954 elements in a scale of 1:35. The size of the tank corresponds to the other land vehicles that are part of the Armed Forces collection. We have developed a new building block especially for this model in the form of a very characteristic Challenger armoured tube. Under the service hatch is an engine modelled from clamping blocks. The model includes moving elements such as wheels, tracks, a rotating turret and a cannon. The hatch in the turret opens and the supplied armoured figure can be placed there. The figure wears two pieces of headgear (helmet + beret with British emblem). The set includes two sets of markings to choose from. You can build this tank in the Ukrainian or British version.

Designed by BAE Systems, the Challenger 2 is one of the heaviest and best armoured tanks in the world. Equipped with a 120mm main gun and machine guns, it is capable of effectively destroying both land and air targets. The Challenger 2 is known for its excellent armour protection, which makes it a difficult target for the enemy. Since entering service in 1998, the tank has taken part in combat operations, including in Iraq and the Balkans, and has earned a reputation for reliability and effectiveness on the battlefield. Challenger 2 tanks supplied by the British are currently taking part in battles in Ukraine.
