Martin Vácha

Ao.Univ.-Prof. Martin Vácha, Bakk.art. MA MA studied singing, vocal pedagogy, church music and cultural management in Vienna and Hamburg. He teaches singing (2014 habilitation) and cultural management at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna and the Danube University Krems, among others.

Martin Vácha has worked as a tarot coach for the Vienna Adult Education Centres and the ÖCV Education Academy, among others, since 2004. He is tournament director and referee of the Wiener-Zeitung-Tarockcup, writes books and articles about tarot and runs the Penzinger & Hietzinger Tarock Round, which he founded. In 2009, he was awarded the Ludo Hartmann Promotion Prize by the Austrian Parliament in recognition of his achievements in game didactics.
