Insert: Great Western Trail (Second Edition)

Note: The insert is designed for games with outer box dimensions of 29.7 x 29.7 x 7.5 cm. The insert is also compatible with Great Western Trail: Argentina®.

Insert compatible with Great Western Trail (Second Edition)®, including the Rails to the North (Second Edition)® expansion. The design offers both efficient storage and improved gameplay. Many of the trays can be used during play, significantly reducing set-up and clearing times. The rules serve as a lid on the trays. The new board that comes with the expansion results in a slight lifting of the lid, see below. When the top layer is removed, you can see the remaining player trays and other compartments underneath. Note that the three bags of worker, hazard and outlaw tokens are stored in the space provided on the right side of the box. The player trays are designed to store the cards, tokens and pieces of each player colour separately. There is space for the additional building tiles and branch pieces from the Rails to the North® expansion. The player counters are stored under the wooden player pieces. The insert contains two card trays for storing the general game cards, all of which can be wrapped. There is a compartment for the player and market cattle cards and a compartment for the objective and solo mode cards. When packing the box, first place the rulebooks on the trays. Next, place the main game board, followed by the scoring pad, the Simmental board, the player boards and their expansions. Finally, place the expansion board and the solo board on top. This more than fills the box and allows the game to be stored vertically. The new board that comes with the expansion results in a lid lift of 12 mm. If you do not have the extension, the lid will not lift and the game and insert will fill the box completely, so you can still store the game vertically.

This product consists of a flat pack of 4 Evacore trays. The trays must be assembled quickly and easily using normal PVA glue. Detailed instructions are included in the pack.
