Feldherr grid foam for Auer Packaging Euro container / Euro box with hinge

Feldherr cube foam / grid foam set for Auer Packaging Euro container / Euro box / stacking container.

The set is compatible with the following Auer Packaging boxes:
- Euro container with hinged lid, handles open, ED 64/32
- Euro container with hinged lid, handles closed, ED 64/32 HG
- Euro container case with one handle, ED 64/32 1G
- Euro container case with two handles on the long side, ED 64/32 2GL
- Euro container case with two handles on the front, ED 64/32 2GS
- Euro container case with three handles, ED 64/32 2G
- lockable Euro containers, ED 64/32 2S

The set consists of:
- 2 pieces double-size grid foam inserts, 550 mm x 345 mm x 60 mm (DS060R)
- 2 pieces double-size grid foam inserts, 550 mm x 345 mm x 70 mm (DS070R)
- 1 piece foam base, 550 mm x 345 mm x 20 mm (DS020B)
- 1 piece of self-adhesive studded foam, 540 mm x 340 mm x 20 mm (CFNP020S)

The grid in the foam allows the foam inserts to be customised to all shapes. It is ideal as protection for the transport of various industrial goods such as medical equipment, individual tool parts or technical devices. The grid foam is perforated with a grid of 20 mm x 20 mm x height of the insert (60 mm or 70 mm) and has an all-round edge.

The set contains a 20 mm thick base. The dimpled foam lid is cut to fit the lid of the Eurobox from Auer Packaging perfectly. As it is equipped with a self-adhesive film, you do not need any additional aids. All you have to do is remove the adhesive film from the foam insert and stick the self-adhesive side into the hinged lid of the Eurobox. The entire set can therefore be designed, customised and used according to your personal requirements without tools.
