Despondent monsters help you to build your dungeon and prevent your opponent from escaping from it. The not even nasty monsters by your side can make it really difficult for your counterpart to get outside. Well, if it weren't for their strange peculiarity: These monsters are terribly discouraged! They only become active when they are in their favorite place in the dungeon. Otherwise they are not brave enough to do it and stay where they are. However, if you want to escape the dungeon as a character, you must - as long as you are still alive - make good conclusions and find a way out of it unscathed.
In discouraged monsters you have to analyze, recognize patterns and always be one monster length ahead of your counterpart through clever bluffing or particularly skillful construction of the dungeon. Over three rounds you have to stay alive and see under which cards the monsters were placed. If this does not succeed, the dungeon wins. And then the roles are swapped ...
