Between the floating remnants of civilization, you want to become the best sea teader. Recover sought-after resources on your dive trips. Construct new buildings to meet the needs of the growing colony. Clean up the seas and rid them of toxic pollutants.
You want to build an infrastructure in Seastead, but you can't do it alone. Make a good deal with your opponent and get the upper hand yourself. Dive to the bottom of the ocean in search of resources, but remember: only half of what you find is yours! Share the resources with your opponent and try to keep the best for yourself.
