For a spy, a network of valuable contacts and inconspicuous travel opportunities is vital for survival. But as players in Web of Spies will quickly realize, in such a dangerous job, contacts quickly disappear underground and windows of opportunity for safe travel close. What missions will players try to accomplish? How do they best use their network to accomplish them? And when will they sacrifice their existing network for new routes?
Players use their turn to take on missions or travel throughout Europe until one player has completed his seventh mission. To complete a mission, players must travel to all the cities shown on the mission map. To do this, they have a limited selection of network markers, which they must use not only to cover the distances, but also to cover the cities on their maps. If a player does not have enough free markers at his disposal, he has to take back already used markers. This creates new travel networks all the time.
