In the family game "The Climate Neutral Talent (DKT)", the topics of the environment, climate and sustainability take centre stage, albeit without any finger-wagging, but with a lot of fun and a willingness to take risks as well as a portion of luck. Based on the classic game "Das kaufmännische Talent", which has been popular for generations, especially in Austria, free areas can be leased and then planted with trees (later with forests), which has a positive impact on the climate marker. The game uses the railway in an environmentally conscious way and everyone tries to do their bit to switch off fossil fuel power plants, as this commitment is rewarded at the end of the game.
The climate can only be saved by working together, which is why players win or lose together. Whoever has planted the most trees and forests will be crowned the climate hero.
