The Tiger I first appeared on the Russian front in 1942. Equipped with the powerful 88 mm cannon and solid 100 mm thick armour, the Tiger I became a tank that was feared by the Allied forces. By June 1943, around 200 tanks had been built. The accurately modelled kit shows all details perfectly and is fully functional. The model has counter-rotating tracks, the turret rotates and the main gun can also be steered. The sound module reproduces all sounds, LEDs even simulate the muzzle flash and the recoil when firing the cannon is also simulated. The engine noise was recorded on the world's only functioning King Tiger in the Saumur/France Armour Museum. This is equipped with a powerful Maybach V-12 700 hp engine.
