The BBX is a newly developed chassis and builds a bridge between the Tamiya classics such as Egress or Astute but reinterpreted in the modern age. The model has a 2WD drive with rear motor, which gives the model very good traction. This performance buggy is equipped with CVA oil pressure shock absorbers, TA-06 differential, double wishbones at the front and a long A-shaped wishbone system on the rear axle.
The design is based on the original vehicles from desert races or UTVs. A tubular trellis frame forms the monocoque chassis and a cage for the driver is also modelled. The TAMIYA BBX is visually rounded off with a driver figure and a vintage decal sheet design.
