DSA source books: Das Heldenbrevier der Strand des Gottwals (DE)

When the Gjalsk animal warrior Maighread brai Criosaidh discovers that her glorious skin looks suspiciously like that of an Aran storyteller, who Has traveled to the highlands of the north in search of material for his stories, and that both skin types contain unknown runes, this fact worries her very much.

Together with the storyteller Amud, she goes in search of a powerful Brancha-Dn, a shaman of her people, to get to the bottom of the matter. Meanwhile, the Runjas' darling, Hjaldar Thorwulfsson, is experiencing something similar in the Hjalding town of Thorwal.

A Godi, a Thorwalscher seer, brings him into contact with the magician Swanhild Norrisdottir from the Hall of Winds in Olport and prophesies a significant fate for both of them, which is reflected in the correspondence of their skin images. The search for their destiny leads the four adventurers to the venerable Olport.

But before the fame, the Runjas, who are worshiped by the Thorwalers as daughters of Ifirn and goddesses of fate, set the adventure: The unpeaceful and pirate black ax has its sights on the wearers of the skin and does everything in it to get hold of them as they fathom the task the gods have set for them.
