Nearly five years after the end of the Second Theran War, more heroes than ever flock to the chaotic frontier city. Torgak, the trollish explorer turned mayor of Haven, is getting on in years. The League of Free Explorers is campaigning for fair and balanced elections to determine his successor, while the dwarven merchants of Throal and the Therans are watching the changing balance of power with great interest. With so many looking to the political future of Haven, it is up to the adventuring companies of Haven to ensure that Barsaive's next generation of heroes does not fall to an unworthy fate.

This volume provides a description of Haven's history and introduces its prominent players from 1517 TH onwards. It includes additional rules and guidelines for players and game leaders who wish to participate in the adventures of the vibrant Legends of Barsaive campaign played in various rounds around the globe. In addition to the revised and expanded Haven guide, this book contains the first eight adventures of the Legends of Barsaive campaign: Scavenger Hunt, Lip Service, Separation Anxiety, What Was Lost, Games of the Hungry, Glass Houses, Crystal Queen, and Brains. The campaign is designed for new heroes of the First Circle.
