In Memoir '44 you replay the most memorable battles from the Second World War and try to follow and perhaps even change their course.
The basic game for Memoir '44 contains 180 detailed miniatures and terrain pieces. To ensure that armoured vehicles, infantry and anti-tank obstacles do not suffer from material loss and damage, there is a matching MAXI bag including matching Feldherr foam inserts.
The set consists of:

To protect your models, terrain pieces and all your game material, we have packed 3 full-size and 2 half-size foam inserts in the bag. Whether it's a massive tank, a simple soldier or some nasty barbed wire, each miniature has its own compartment.
Thanks to the precise fit, the models sit firmly in place. Even if the transport passes through the middle of a war zone, the miniatures remain in place. The soft, fine-pored foam protects intricate details such as cannon barrels and rifles from breaking off and the colours of your painted models from scratches and paint abrasion.
Your game material is stored in the two half-size inserts, supplemented by 4 plastic token holders. While you can distribute small game material across the compartments and token holders, there are custom-fit card compartments with finger-thick cut-outs for your cards. These make it easier for you to remove the individual stacks of cards. You can store your hexes in the hexagonal compartments. Each compartment can hold 15 of them. You can also embed two of the token holders in each compartment.
