Dune: War for Arrakis is an expert-level thematic strategy game with asymmetric factions based on the events of the Desert War from Frank Herbert's acclaimed novel Dune - The Desert Planet. The cunning House Harkonnen, supported by the Imperial House Corrino, fights against the remnants of House Atreides, which is allied with the Fremen desert race. At stake is nothing less than control of Arrakis and its most valuable resource: spice.
While the Harkonnen use heavy equipment such as ornithopters and carryalls to move their troops and protect them from the dangers of the desert, the Atreides utilise their desert power and ride into battle on massive sandworms. Each faction pursues different strategies and has unique leaders and cards to achieve their individual victory conditions. The war for Arrakis begins ... now.
