DD05SET - Grid foam for Auer Packaging Euro containers

Feldherr cube foam / grid foam set for Auer Packaging Euro container / Euro box / stacking container.

The set is compatible with the following Auer Packaging boxes:
- Euro container with hinged lid, handles open, ED 43/27
- Euro container with hinged lid, handles closed, ED 43/27 HG
- Euro container case with one handle, ED 43/27 1G
- Euro container case with two handles on the long side, ED 43/27 2GL
- Euro container case with two handles on the front, ED 43/27 2GS
- Euro container case with three handles, ED 43/27 2G
- lockable Euro containers, ED 43/27 2S

The set consists of:
- 2 pieces of grid foam inserts 360 mm x 260 mm x 90 mm (DDMENJ090)
- 1 piece of grid foam insert 360 mm x 260 mm x 40 mm (DDMENJ040)
- 1 piece of foam base 358 mm x 258 mm x 10 mm (DEMENL010)
- 1 piece of foam base 360 mm x 260 mm x 10 mm (DDBA010)
- 1 piece of studded self-adhesive foam, 338 mm x 238 mm x 20 mm (DFNP020S)

The grid in the foam allows the foam inserts to be customised to all shapes. It is ideal as protection for the transport of various industrial goods such as medical equipment, individual tool parts or technical devices. The grid foam is perforated with a grid of 15 mm x 15 mm x height of the insert (40/90 mm) and has an all-round edge.

The set contains a 10 mm thick base and cover. The dimpled foam lid is cut to fit the lid of the Eurobox from Auer Packaging perfectly. As it is equipped with a self-adhesive film, you do not need any additional aids. All you have to do is remove the adhesive film from the foam insert and stick the self-adhesive side into the hinged lid of the Eurobox. The entire set can therefore be designed, customised and used according to your personal requirements without tools.
