DS14SET - Grid foam set for Zarges Mini Box 40861

The set serves as a permanent insert for your Zarges Mini Box (40861) and fills it up to the end edge.
With a combined height of 180 mm, the two grid inserts offer plenty of space for sensitive goods. The grid in the foam allows the foam inserts to be customised to all shapes. It is ideal as protection for the transport of various industrial goods such as medical equipment, individual tool parts or technical devices. The grid foam is perforated with a grid of 20 mm x 20 mm x 90 mm in height and has a surrounding edge.
The 20 mm thick foam cover placed on the base serves as a shock absorber and optimally cushions even heavy goods.
The nubbed foam serves as a cover and is glued into the lid without any aids. This is slightly smaller than the lid itself in order to guarantee that the Zarges Mini Box with the nubbed foam continues to close without any problems.
The entire set can be designed, customised and used according to your personal requirements without tools.
