Two classics of the zombie genre merge into one. In the 1960s, George A. Romero laid the foundations for zombie cinema as we know it today with the film "Night of the Living Dead". CMON, on the other hand, launched a board game series with the first "Zombicide" in 2012, which continues to delight gamers and zombie fans alike to this day.
Will the game, like the film, end up in the Museum of Modern Art one day? Who knows? With this Feldherr foam set, it certainly shouldn't be down to the quality of the miniatures or the condition of the game material.
The foam insert with 54 compartments offers the majority of the survivors, but also the ghouls to be fair, a place to catch their breath. After all, being a zombie is at least as exhausting as fending off the undead shifters.
The compartments are precisely tailored to the miniatures. This means that the figures stay securely in place even when transporting the box.
The soft foam ensures that delicate details, such as Helen's sword or Tom's torch, are optimally protected from damage. If you paint your figures, you can also be sure that the colours will not be scratched or rubbed off.
You can store the remaining miniatures on the second insert. There are 21 compartments for the figures.
You can store the dashboards in the large compartment. The two compartments with finger-wide cut-outs on the opposite side hold the playing cards. All cards also fit with protective sleeves.
