Afterburner Turboshift Acrylic Paint 20ml Bottle

Scorched earth and cool sky. Afterburner, which appears red in the bottle, has a wide range of colours. It ranges from a warm copper tone to a golden yellow foreground colour and a light green edge.

Afterburner works well as an effect colour for gun barrels and rocket/engine nozzles.

Turboshift paints are made with tiny glass-like flakes that act like millions of tiny prisms in the paint. Depending on how the flakes are made, different colours are refracted or reflected in the light. In layman's terms, this means that the paint changes colour depending on the light under which you look at it and the angle at which you hold it to that light.

The paint was developed for use with the airbrush, but can also be applied by hand.
