In the midst of the hustle and bustle of the roaring twenties, a black shadow looms over the town of Arkham, Massachusetts. "The Great Old One", a terrifying being from a world beyond time and space, awakens and now threatens to enter our world through the opening gates in order to subjugate it. A team of fearless investigators is the last chance to save our world.
This foam set may not be the last chance to save your board game box. But it will save you from investigating lost markers or cards and keep the game components organised and protected.
The inlays are suitable for the Second Edition of the board game.
The foam inlay fits exactly into the "Arkham Horror" board game box. It is divided into 8 customised compartments for storing the game components.
The large compartment contains the additional foam insert with 12 compartments for sorting the smaller markers and for the feet. The investigator status markers, the terror marker, the spoilage and activity markers as well as the "Explored" and "Closed" markers can be neatly organised here. Two compartments are reserved for the feet.
The 40 mm high insert is only intended for sorting small parts and does not have an extra base. There is also space on the inlay for the investigator character sheets, which fit in exactly here.
There are a total of 3 compartments for the playing cards. They have finger-wide cut-outs to make it easier for you to remove them.
2 card compartments provide space for the "Grand Old Man" cards and one is reserved for the smaller investigator cards. Of course, the cards also fit in here with sleeves.
The investigator and monster markers, as well as the goal and first player markers, can be sorted into customised compartments. A small rectangular compartment houses the dice.
The set for "Arkham Horror" is rounded off with the matching foam lid. This keeps everything in its place, even if the box is turned upside down during transport. You can place the game board and the game instructions on the foam cover.
This keeps everything neatly and safely stowed away so that no money tokens get lost. Cards and markers are quickly to hand and you save a lot of time and nerves when setting up the game.
The lid of the board game box protrudes approx. 1 cm.
