he marble run fun continues with the Ugears Marble Run with Step Winch, the third in the Ugears modular marble run series. This new addition to our ever-expanding collection of wooden marble runs includes a three-storey hoist that lifts the marbles back up so they can set off on new adventures in this amusement park. This wooden kit is both a 3D puzzle and a fun toy. The marble run with step winch includes a fascinating lifting device, three new track elements and exciting mechanisms that hold back and release the marbles at different points. Turn the hand crank and watch the marbles travel down through various obstacles to the collection platform. For this beautifully designed DIY marble run, various courses and elements have been combined into a compact unit.

Which marble will roll down which track? What adventures await them there? Such thoughts are part of the fun. The marble run with step winch has three main courses. On the first one there is a marble trap in which three marbles have to work together to escape. The third marble plays the main role: it opens the gate for the trapped second marble, which in turn opens the gate for the first - real teamwork! All three marbles then escape down a shaft. The second course is a fast-paced roller coaster and the third is a four-step down ramp. The path of all the marbles ends on the catching platform. There they wait neatly lined up behind a gate until it is their turn to set off on new adventures. A special toggle lever pushes the gate down and brings each individual marble onto the return track, where they roll like excited schoolchildren back to the floor lift to start the next round.

The model kit comes with everything you need for assembly. The individual parts are pre-cut with a laser into panels of high-quality wood composite and can be assembled without glue or special tools. The delivery also includes detailed instructions in 11 languages with illustrations to guide you through the assembly. The kit includes 10 colourful marbles as well as sandpaper and wax to smooth and lubricate the gears and other moving parts. We've made the Stepped Winch Marble Run, like the rest of the Ugears marble run range, modular, which means that the Elevator Run works on its own, but can also be connected to other Ugears marble runs of the same or a different type, either from the front or from the side (2 or 4 models can be connected, in pairs, using special connectors supplied). A release mechanism just in front of the return track sends the marbles either back to the floor lift or to the adjacent marble run, or switches between the options (you can set your preference using a draw lock). Connect up to four marble runs to create an exhilarating complex system of interconnected elements, all powered by a single crank. It's as if the marbles have been let loose for a fun-filled day at a miniature amusement park!
