There are road cars and there are roadsters. This historical type designation for all two-seaters without a fixed roof or folding top is owed above all to the British car brands Jaguar and MG. In Italian, however, this design is called Spider. With the ROADSTER VM-01, model builder UGEARS(R) goes one step further and presents a homage in the style of these classic road-going racing cars.

With a total of 437 wooden parts from sustainable wood sources, the UGEARS(R) brand presents its modeling-loving target audience with a custom steampunk work of art that seems to visually imitate the quaint sound of V8 cylinder engines as a still life. This sense of unbridled engine power is made all the more effective and interesting by the retrofuturistic style used. Like all models from the brand manufacturer, attention is paid to every detail here. The ROADSTER VM-01 has both a rubber engine and a starter with a rotary key. Three gears reflect the manual transmission, which can be operated wound up even on rough terrain. In addition, the wheel suspension was provided with a suspension to reproduce the associated mechanics in detail. This vintage car is thus a unique specimen itself.
