The stand model is a replica of the Tornado GR.1/IDS Gulf War. The multi-role Tornado is a twin-engine combat aircraft with a variable-range wing. This type of aircraft is the result of a joint development project between British, German and Italian companies. Although it has been used for various purposes during its lifetime to carry out ground attack, electronic warfare/reconnaissance, interceptor missions, its main role has always been to carry out penetrating strike missions at low altitude. The Tornado baptism of fire took place in 1991 during the Gulf War. More precisely, on 17 January, the air campaign of the Gulf War began, in which the Italian IDS Tornados took part. The aim of the air bombing campaign was to suppress military targets and infrastructure.
