STUG III (Sturmgeschütz III) was a German tank destroyer used in the Second World War. Based on the chassis of the PzKpfw III tank, this assault vehicle was equipped with a massive superstructure with a 75 mm gun. The main task of the STUG III was to support the infantry and engage enemy targets such as barricades and armoured vehicles.
The Flammpanzer was very similar to the STUG III. However, it was adapted to carry out fire missions with a powerful flamethrower. The Flammpanzer is equipped with a special tank for liquid incendiary mixture. The mixture was injected through a pipe and created a jet of fire with a range of several dozen metres. The main task of the flame tank was to fight fortifications, destroy buildings and destroy infantry.
