300020058 - Model kit,1:20 Tyrrell P34 `76 JPGP w. PE
The Tyrrell P34 caused a sensation in the Formula 1 world when it was launched in 1975. The aim was to improve braking and cornering performance by reducing the size of the front tyres, which cause drag, while maintaining the contact patch by using 4 tyres, creating the only 6-wheeled machine in Formula 1 history. The Tyrrell P34 appeared at the 1976 Japanese GP in an overall blue livery, with the race numbers and body side stripes in yellow and the sponsor markings in white. The names of the teams and drivers were also written in Japanese especially for this race.
