Product Description
The floor model is a replica of the UH-1D Slick. This robust helicopter was first introduced in the mid-fifties and is possibly the world's best-known rotor blade aircraft. Reliability is the biggest feature. It was developed for the US Army during the Vietnam War. Thousands of UH-1s are in service as transport, ambulance and attack aircraft. Licensed production in Italy, Germany and Japan makes it part of the armed forces and police forces of more than fifty nations. Currently, twin-engine versions are produced.
