The floor model is a replica of the small official car called "Tilly". The nickname of the vehicle is derived from the word utility. These Tilly vehicles were produced in large numbers for British and Allied forces during the Second World War from civilian vehicle designs. They were severely underpowered but served excellently during the Second World War. The vehicle was powered by a 22 kW four-cylinder engine, which gave the vehicle 10 hp.
