Revell Enamel Colour Nato-Olive, matt, 14ml, RAL 7013, synthetic resin-based modelling paint

Revell Color is a synthetic resin enamel paint that does not attack the plastic surface of plastic models. However, many other materials can also be painted from the 14 ml paint can, which is popular with many hobbyists.

All colours - except signal colour - can be mixed with each other and thinned with Revell Color Mix. This means that the paint can be applied not only with a brush but also with a spray gun.

Use Revell Painta Clean for the brushes and Revell Airbrush Clean for the spray gun.

This colour is used

• as camouflage paint for aircraft of the German Air Force
• as topside paint for helicopters
• as topside camouflage paint on Luftwaffe aircraft during World War II (RLM 82)
• for anti-glare surfaces of US military aircraft especially in front of the cockpit glazing
• for surface painting of Royal Navy helicopters (Wessex, Sea King) during the Falklands conflict in 1982
• as a new topside camouflage paint for Tornado of the BW naval aircraft (together with Anthracite 9)
• as surface paint on aircraft of the USAAC-US Army Air Corps, the predecessor of the USAF in World War II (e.g. North American P-51 Mustang, Republic P-47 Thunderbolt etc.)
