The stand model is a replica of the Suzuki GSX1100S Katana exhibited at the motorbike show in Cologne in 1980, which attracted attention at the show for its aggressive body style. Many onlookers were impressed by the body style, but thought that this vehicle would not appear in this form, but that the motorbike was a special production in 1980. The Honda was then released in 1981 and remained true to the body features, apart from a few chassis and engine adjustments, the GSX1100 appeared exactly as it was displayed at the show.
