The Audi V8 raced in Germany in 1992. It was powered by a 3.6l V8 engine and thanks to the all-wheel drive it was superior to the opponents despite additional weights.
The TT-02 chassis serves as the basis for the 58699 TAMIYA model in 1:10 scale. The wheelbase, ground clearance, track and gear ratio can be adjusted in many ways and with the countless optional tuning parts the chassis can be quickly tuned into a racer. The 4WD drive with central shaft, double wishbones and spring struts on all four wheels ensure a prototypical driving image and best traction. The underside of the chassis is extra smooth and the battery compartment accommodates all common battery types. The visual highlight are the wheel drivers, which have attached dummy brake discs.
