The USS Arizona (BB-39) and the USS Pennsylvania (BB-38) are American battleships of the Pennsylvania class. Both ships were built during the First World War. Arizona was sunk during the attack on Pearl Harbor, today there is a memorial dedicated to the sailors' victims above the wreckage. The Pennsylvania took part in the Pacific campaigns until the end of the Second World War. After the war, it was destroyed during the nuclear tests of Operation Crossroads.
