The Mikoyan MiG-15 (Russian: МиГ-15) is the first Soviet jet fighter to be produced in series. It was designated as the "Bassoon" in the NATO code. The production of jet-powered fighters was a great qualitative leap in the USSR's industry. Soon the MIG-15 became an export hit and was used by Warsaw Pact countries as well as Asian and African countries. Machines of this type took part in many conflicts, gaining the greatest fame during the Korean War and fighting in the skies with the American counterpart of the North American F-86 "Sabre".

The Mig-15 model in Soviet colours was designed in 1:32 scale and consists of 504 high-quality elements. All markings and inscriptions on the model are imprints that will not rub off during use. The set has movable elements such as wheels and a hinged cabin in which we can place a great pilot figure.
