The floor model is a replica of the last hope of the German Luftwaffe, the Heinkel HE162A-2 Salamander. With a top speed of 838 km/h, the jet fighter was the fastest aircraft of the Second World War, even though the development time of the jet fighter was only 3 months. Despite fuel and parts shortages, the jet fighter could be attached to the combat unit in March 1945 and recorded some combat successes there.
