The floor model is a replica of the US Ford GPA amphibious vehicle. The GPA was a unique vehicle used by the armed forces on both the American and Russian sides. Due to the amphibious nature of the vehicle, it was often referred to as a "seep". Around 12,800 units of the vehicle were produced until 1943. The TAMIYA model kit version impresses with its high fitting accuracy as well as the detailed workmanship.
