The standing model is a recreation of the British army during the 100 Years War. On 25 October, Henry V's English army, composed largely of foot troops and a small contingent of noble knights, defeated the army of the French Constable Charles d'Albret, a much larger force with the best heavy cavalry in Europe, near Agincourt. English success was determined by the use of the Welsh longbow. This weapon was easy to use even after a short training. It could hit at 200 yards and penetrate the armour of the knights.
Notsuitable for children under 36 months.
