Big cruiser bikes are popular all over the world, and many owners just want to customise them to their own tastes. This updated kit recreates one such bike, a customised version of the mighty Yamaha XV1600 Road Star, the standard version of which was published as item 14080. The XV1600 Road Star was equipped with a 1,600 cc V-twin that made it one of the best. High-performance bikes of the time featured Teles' copycat front suspension and a non-visible rear shock absorber for a classic hardtail look that emphasised the low lines, and generous use of chrome. Custom bikes had side pockets, a larger windscreen and many other variations.
