USS Arizona (BB-39), model, 2046 parts, 10 years and up
The USS Arizona is a battleship launched during the Great War. During its service, the ship was modernised.
The Arizona was present at Pearl Harbor during the Japanese attack on 7 December 1941. During the attack aboard the ship, a catastrophic detonation occurred. The crew was killed and the ship sank, becoming a symbol of the Japanese attack. The wreck of the battleship was never recovered. The elements of the superstructure that protruded above the water surface were removed, leaving only the barbet of the third main artillery turret. In 1962, the mausoleum of the USS Arizona was opened on the wreckage.
The famous ship was designed in 1:300 scale and is 61.5 cm long! Over 2,046 elements provide hours of building! Clear and intuitive instructions guide you easily through the process.
This collector's set includes a stand made of building blocks to which you can attach a plate with the name of the famous ship.
